AIDemo and sales enquiries
The enquiry form asks for business contact details and your institution’s requirements. When online delivery is available, the server validates your enquiry and uses an email-delivery provider to send it to our designated leadership, product and sales recipients. An acknowledgement is sent to the email address you provide after the enquiry is accepted.
If online delivery is unavailable, the form prepares an email in your own email app. You must send that draft yourself; this fallback does not send an automatic acknowledgement. Please do not include student records, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Chat enquiries and transcripts
Before answering product questions, the assistant asks for your name, work email, institution, phone, country, role and institution size. With your consent, these details and your conversation are stored in our website database and emailed to our designated leadership, product and sales team. A session identifier is kept in your browser tab so you can continue while browsing. The assistant uses approved product information; it does not access school student records.
Contact us through the contact form if you want to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. Our team reviews enquiry retention periodically and keeps information only while it is needed for the enquiry, ongoing relationship or applicable obligations.
How the information is used
Our team uses enquiry information to respond, understand requirements and coordinate the next steps. The website does not add you to a marketing mailing list. Email records are handled through the email services used by Smartschool AI Global.
Preferences and links
Your light or dark appearance preference is stored in your browser. If optional analytics is configured, it runs only after you accept the analytics notice. You can clear the analytics preference in your browser to choose again. External services, including the App Store, Google Play and email providers, apply their own privacy practices.
School platform data
This notice covers the marketing website. School platform access, processing, retention and hosting arrangements depend on each institution’s agreement and configuration.
